Mood Walks is a free community program that supports mental and physical wellness through gentle outdoor walks, nature-based activities, and meaningful social connections.

 

We’ve rented a bus to offer FREE transportation, including pickup from the Cornwall Civic Complex.
Seats are limited — reserve yours early!

Everyone is welcome. We stand for inclusion, equity, and anti-racism.

Suicide is preventable. Anyone can make a difference.

The LivingWorks’ ASIST program is recognized as the world’s leading suicide intervention workshop supported by numerous evaluations including independent and peer-reviewed studies. The training is available to anyone wanting to apply suicide first-aid skills and be better able to:

  • recognize and assist a person with thoughts of suicide
  • discuss suicide with a person with thoughts of suicide in a direct manner
  • demonstrate and apply the skills required to intervene
  • learn about the facts of suicide and dispel the myths
  • identify risk alerts and develop a safe plan related to them and
  • list the types of supportive resources available to someone with thoughts of suicide
