Living Life to the Full is a mental health promotion course designed to help people deal with everyday life challenges and learn self-management skills using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) principles. Course content and materials are practical and easily applied to everyday life situations.

FRENCH Guardian Network Training
Inviting agricultural businesses and community members who want to be there for their neighbours, family, co-workers, clients, and friends to attend the Guardian Network training. The Guardian Network is a community of passionate mental health advocates that supports Ontario’s farming community. The Guardian Network includes a one-day suicide prevention training and ongoing peer connection and continuous learning for trained Guardians. The role of a Guardian is to reduce mental health stigma in agricultural communities by fostering mental health conversations with farmers who may be in distress and connecting them with appropriate mental health and crisis resources.

Become a Mental Health First Aider!
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is the help provided to a person developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis.
